COVID Precautions
To insure the safety of all of the Shaolin Kempo family we are taking precautions to keep everyone training!
- Instructors wear masks and gloves
- We sanitize equipment between each class
- Temperature checks are done at the door
- During all classes we maintain social distance
- Masks are required when not social distancing

Aerobic Kickboxing Classes
Created and organized by Mr. Anthony Reeser, who is not only the Chief Instructor of the martial arts program, but is an IFA ( International Fitness Association) Certified aerobics Instructor, as well as a certified personal trainer.
History Of Shaolin Kempo
The great Shaolin Temple was first built around 495AD by a Chinese Emperor names Hsino Weh and was used as a Bodhidharma under tutelage of Pranjnatara, went to China, where it was felt that the principles of Buddhism and meditation were needed. Click here to learn more!
